SEOgenie provides AI-powered tools to assist Etsy sellers in improving their listings. The Service does not guarantee any specific results. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with Etsy rules and applicable laws.
By using SEOgenie, you agree to:
Payments are processed securely through WayForPay. Paid plans provide a fixed amount of usage credits and do not renew automatically unless explicitly stated in the plan at purchase time.
You may cancel a Paid Plan at any time. If a plan includes a renewal, you retain access until the end of the current period. To cancel, visit your account settings or contact support at koshman.export@gmail.com.
Canceling a paid plan will downgrade your account to the Free Plan when the paid access ends. Canceling the Free Plan will close your account.
We reserve the right to modify pricing, plans, or features at any time. Changes take effect after notice. We are not liable for any price adjustments or discontinuation of the Service.
Except as explicitly stated, all payments are non-refundable. Refunds are issued only if the Service fails to function properly and our support team cannot resolve the issue. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
Users may log in via Google or email. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We make no warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or performance. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profit or account restrictions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, with applicable consumer protections for EU users.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. You may not assign your rights or obligations without our written consent. These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and SEOgenie.
